Short description (50 words)

VOLYAR X is a production sports betting line-movement scanner founded by Vitalii Volyar. It tracks real-time market movement, classifies it into structured signals, and delivers alerts through Telegram. Currently in a stabilization phase, VOLYAR X is evolving from a standalone scanner into a broader AI-assisted market-intelligence platform.

Medium description (150 words)

VOLYAR X began as VOLYAR Scanner, a live, production sports betting line-movement scanner built by founder Vitalii Volyar. The scanner watches betting markets across multiple data providers, detects meaningful price and total movement in real time, and classifies it through a status pipeline before routing alerts to Telegram for Free, PRO, VIP, and Personal audiences. Around that production core, VOLYAR X has built a growing analytics layer: market memory, historical baselines, CLV and ROI tracking, and decision-support research under the TESKA direction. The project is currently in a stabilization phase, prioritizing reliability, observability, and regression discipline in the systems already running live, ahead of the next major development stage. Every change that could affect signal accuracy, alert delivery, or financial tracking goes through explicit review before it ships — stability, not speed, is the operating principle.

Long description (500 words)

VOLYAR X is a sports betting line-movement intelligence project founded and built by Vitalii Volyar, who serves as Founder, Lead Developer, and Chief Systems Architect. It started as VOLYAR Scanner: a production system designed to watch live betting markets, detect meaningful movement in odds and totals, and turn that movement into structured, actionable signals for a human operator.

At its core, the scanner connects to sports data providers — TheRundown as the primary source, with fallback providers for continuity — and continuously compares current market prices against their recent history. When movement crosses defined thresholds, the scanner classifies it through a status pipeline (from early "watch" states through confirmed "sharp" and "live entry" signals) and routes the result to the appropriate audience through Telegram, across Free, PRO, VIP, and Personal delivery tiers. Every signal that fires is logged, and closing-line value and return-on-investment tracking run alongside the scanner to measure real performance over time, not just theoretical edge.

Around that production scanner, VOLYAR X has been building an additional intelligence layer. Market Memory and historical baseline modules give the system context about how a given market typically behaves, rather than judging every movement in isolation. A growing analytics suite tracks execution quality, entry timing, and CLV with strict naming discipline — the project treats true closing-line value and simple baseline deviation as distinct metrics and never conflates the two. Layered on top of this is TESKA, a bounded decision-support subsystem whose explicit mission is to help understand, verify, and explain what the scanner and its analytics are doing — never to make trading decisions on its own. TESKA reached its first local executable prototype in July 2026, following an intensive architecture and implementation effort spanning Guardian, Deliberation, Reasoning, and Decision Passport/Graph/Memory/Learning components.

VOLYAR X is deliberately conservative about how it evolves. The project is currently in a stabilization phase: the priority is hardening what already runs live — scan reliability, Telegram delivery, bet logging, and ROI tracking — rather than adding new features. Signal confidence scoring, entry timing logic, overheat filters, and financial calculations are treated as production-critical and can only change with explicit, written approval. Every runtime-adjacent file is backed up before it is touched, and every package of work reports its exact file changes, forbidden files left untouched, and a rollback path. This discipline exists because the scanner is live and in active use — a broken change has real consequences.

Looking ahead, VOLYAR X's roadmap runs from scanner, to platform, to a fuller AI-assisted operating environment for market intelligence — sometimes referred to internally as the path toward "VOLYAR OS." Each stage is built to extend, not replace, the one before it. The project's public progress and support site is support.volyarx.com, where development milestones are shared as they happen.
