Timeline

1. March 2026

   Project start

   Work begins on what would become VOLYAR X: a sports betting line-movement scanner built for live, real-time use.

2. Spring 2026

   Early scanner development

   Core scanning logic, odds-provider integration, and signal detection take shape as a standalone production scanner.

3. 27 June 2026

   Foundation secured

   The project's engineering foundation is formally secured, with the existing scanner and analytics layers (market memory, decision intelligence, historical baseline engine) brought under version control and safety review.

4. 8 July 2026

   Transition to VOLYAR X

   The project's master architecture is formalized under the VOLYAR X name, defining the long-term path from scanner, to platform, to operating system.

5. 9–14 July 2026

   TESKA direction

   The TESKA subsystem — a bounded intelligence layer focused on understanding, verifying, and explaining scanner decisions — begins development, culminating in its first local executable prototype on 14 July 2026.

6. 23 July 2026

   Major engineering milestones

   The AI Router Stage and Decision Core (S19-P1 through P5) reach completion, establishing the contracts and orchestration layer for AI-assisted decision support.

7. Ongoing

   Scanner evolution & stabilization

   VOLYAR X enters a stabilization phase: hardening observability, regression discipline, and runtime safety ahead of the next major AI-driven development stage.
